EstimateHQ is a web-based estimating and takeoff platform for drywall and construction contractors. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Notify us at support@estimatehq.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
EstimateHQ is available at $49.99 USD/month or $549.99 USD/year (Canada: $69.99 CAD/month or $769.99 CAD/year). New accounts receive a 14-day free trial — a valid credit card is required at signup but you won't be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refunds for partial months.
Your project data and settings are stored securely and accessible only to you. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is owned by EstimateHQ. Your account data (projects, estimates, clients) remains yours at all times.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@estimatehq.app — your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

We collect your email and billing information when you sign up. We also store the business data you enter — projects, estimates, clients, suppliers, and material catalogs.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store raw card details.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@estimatehq.app.
